As a culminating activity for our Academy Awards for Books Film Unit, the 7 Silver team will be attending the Sundance Film Festival. Each year, Sundance arranges school screenings of 8-10 films and offers the screenings on a lottery basis. Ecker Hill is one of the schools with the opportunity to attend a film this year.
Our students will be seeing the film A Small Act on Monday, January 25 at the Broadway Theatre in Salt Lake City. It is a film that Sundance has recommended for our age of students.
In addition to the film, our students will be visiting the New Frontier venue exhibit on Main street in Park City.
